SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We charge a flat rate of AUD $8.90 for the postage and handling of all orders.
This shipping policy rewards those with larger orders, giving them discounted freight because of their large order. Any orders that are small and have actual postage costs less than the $8.90 are still charged that amount as our staff still have to pack and handle these smaller order.
Orders are dispatched every Friday and should arrive between 2-5 business days within Australia. HSM Resources ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact sales@hsmresources.com.au to enquire about a special order.
CUSTOMER AND SUPPORT SERVICE POLICY
HSM Resources is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
DONATIONS POLICY
Donations are accepted online or over the phone toward the development and production of resources for those working with teens. Once your donation has been received, an acknowledgement letter will be issued and sent within 2-5 business days. Donations are not easily refundable, so please consider carefully before enacting your generosity. If there is any mistake or problem, please contact us and we can certainly resolve it in a friendly manner, sales@hsmresources.com.au
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Please contact us at info@hsmresources.com.au if you wish to make a refund application.

HSM Resources is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly e-letter, and to personalise your shopping experience with us. HSM Resources uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from HSM Resources only last while youÕre browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
